UTCSA has recently purchased land adjacent to the main school complex. We have currently contracted for two new three bedroom houses to be built.

The school is committed to a policy of continual improvement and, we see this project as a means by which we can enhance and make your training experience more enjoyable.

The houses are purpose built and are specifically designed for medium term tenancy. They are to be fully equipped with all amenities including large screen TVs, internet access and air conditioning.

The new accommodation will be available from August 2010.

UTCSA have limited funding available to subsidise students enrolment fees.
